By accessing and using this exclusive finance professional networking platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use this platform.

2. Invitation-Only Access

This platform operates on an invitation-only basis. Access is granted exclusively through valid invitation codes from existing approved members. Each invitation code is single-use and expires after 30 days. Unauthorized access attempts or sharing of credentials will result in immediate account termination.

3. Eligibility and Professional Standards

This platform is exclusively for verified finance and banking professionals. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are currently employed in the financial services industry
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You will maintain professional conduct at all times
• You are at least 18 years of age

4. Account Approval and Administration

All new accounts require administrator approval before full platform access is granted. The platform administrators reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account at their sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of professional conduct, misrepresentation, or activities that compromise platform integrity.

5. Content and Conduct Guidelines

This platform maintains strict content standards to ensure a professional, garbage-free environment. Users agree to:

• Post only finance and business-related professional content
• Refrain from spam, promotional content, or irrelevant material
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior

All posts are subject to AI-powered moderation. Content flagged as inappropriate will be reviewed by administrators and may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Invitation System and Responsibilities

Approved members receive a limited number of invitation codes to extend to other qualified finance professionals. By issuing an invitation, you vouch for the professional credentials and conduct of the invitee. Abuse of the invitation system may result in revocation of invitation privileges or account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform. By posting, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and moderate your content. The platform logo, design, and features are protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Data Security and Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk. We use Supabase for data storage and authentication with Row Level Security policies to protect user data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to business opportunities, connections made, or information shared.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in misconduct, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, though certain data may be retained as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
